Exceeding Eye Care Expectations
Dr. Daniel Quon has spent the past 33 years dedicated to enhancing his patientsí vision to its maximum capability. His South Coast Optometry practice is blossoming, becoming known as the destination for advanced vision care in Orange County. It was only natural after Quon read about the Z-View® Aberrometer in a medical journal in December 2004 for him to decide this new technology fit into his vision for the future of his practice.
"When I purchased the Z-View, the iZon® Lenses were not yet available," Quon said. "As soon as I began using the Z-View in my patient exams, I knew the lenses manufactured from this technology would most likely exceed those offered by competitors."
As an early adopter of the technology, Quon knew he would have to raise awareness of the brand through proactive marketing to his community. He purchased the Z-View because he felt it was a technology that would drive patients into his office, especially once the lenses became available. Quon was focused on enhancing the quality eye care his practice always provided and on giving patients the best vision correction available.
"Once the iZon Lenses became available, we really started spreading the word, first with our own staff and patients," Quon said. "Knowing that Orange County residents seek out the best life has to offer, we then reached out to the community through our Web site and some local advertising."
